There were 119 Hispanic students enrolled in Alleghany County Public Schools District in the 2023-24 school year, 8.2% more than the previous year, according to the Virginia Department of Education.

Data showed that Alleghany County Public Schools District welcomed 2,836 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, Hispanic students comprised 4.2% of the student body to be the fourth most represented ethnicity in the school.

Alleghany County Public Schools District roughly covers schools within Alleghany County and has a main office in Low Moor.

Among the six schools in Alleghany County Public Schools District, Alleghany High School recorded the highest enrollment of Hispanic students in the 2023-24 school year.
