Roanoke County Offices will be closed Thursday, December 23, and Friday, December 24, 2021, in observance of the Christmas Holiday. See more information below about changes to service and facility schedules.
Trash Collection
- Monday & Tuesday routes collected Monday, Dec 20.
- Wednesday routes collected Tuesday, Dec 21.
- Thursday routes collected Wednesday., Dec 22.
Roanoke County Public Libraries
Libraries will close at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, December 22 and will reopen on Monday, December 27.
Parks, Recreation & Tourism Facilities
Schedule for Thursday, December 23rd (Observance of Christmas Eve)
- Explore Park Visitor Center - Open 4 PM - 11:30 PM
- Green Ridge Recreation Center - Open 5:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- Public Service Center - Closed
- Brambleton Recreation Center - Closed
- Green Ridge Recreation Center - Open 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
- All Other Recreation Facilities are Closed
Clerk of Circuit Court’s Office
The Clerk of Circuit Court’s Office will be closed Thursday, December 23 and Friday, December 24.
