The Roanoke City Magistrate's Office will be closing on Friday, March 22, 2024, to begin renovation efforts. The office will remain closed during construction that is estimated to be completed mid-August. While the office is closed, anyone is in need of services of a magistrate can visit the Roanoke County/Salem office, located in the lobby of the Roanoke County Jail, at 401 E. Main St Salem, VA 24153.
