County of Franklin issued the following announcement on Aug. 6
Ronnie Mitchell, Blackwater Supervisor for the Franklin County Board of Supervisors, would like to announce a Town Hall meeting to be held Wednesday, August 11 at 6:00 P.M. at the Callaway Fire Station. Ronnie would like the opportunity to update his constituents on County matters and answer questions.
