William Byrd High School standout Tyler Dean’s collegiate team loses game in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship on Friday, May 16

On Friday, May 16, former William Byrd High School standout Tyler Dean’s current collegiate team the North Greenville Crusaders lost 3-4 against the Catawba Indians in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Newman Park at 7 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Catawba Indians in the tournament.

The North Greenville Crusaders’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 3 p.m. at Newman Park.
