On Wednesday, April 16, former William Byrd High School standout Bri Hodges’ current college team, the Lynchburg Hornets, won 6-1 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Roanoke Maroons.
The game took place at Moyer Sports Complex. This was their second matchup against the Maroons this season.
The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 1:30 p.m. at Aubrey R. Moon Jr. Field against Christopher Newport Captains.
