On Sunday, April 13, former Lord Botetourt High School standout Rhyann Jones’ current college team, the UNC Greensboro Spartans, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Samford Bulldogs.
The game took place at UNCG Softball Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Bulldogs this season.
The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 5 p.m. at UNCG Softball Stadium against Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.
