PARK Roanoke in conjunction with Otis Elevator, our elevator repair company, have been successful in returning service to the Market Garage and Elmwood Garage elevators.

However, the Church Garage elevator on the north side closest to the Municipal Building still remains out of service. Otis Elevator Company has been working diligently trying to decipher the computer issues that are causing the stop in service. Otis has had the elevator working intermittently on several occasions only to see it fail, causing entrapments in the cab. Until Otis Elevator can bring another regional engineer onsite to assess the issues again, the elevator will remain out of service.  At PARK Roanoke we are truly empathetic for the inconvenience this has caused, but are asking patrons to continue to use the two elevators on the south side of the building until further notice.
