City of Roanoke Offices Closed on Monday, June 19, 2023

City offices and all City library branches will be closed on Monday, June 19, 2023, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday. In addition, all residential and commercial solid waste collection will be on an A Week recycling collection schedule and will run on a one-day delay for the entire week.

Residential/Commercial:

Monday–Trash, “A” week single-stream recycling, bulk and brush will be collected on Tuesday
Tuesday– Trash, “A” week single-stream recycling, bulk and brush will be collected on Wednesday
Wednesday–Trash, “A” week single-stream recycling, bulk and brush will be collected on Thursday
Thursday– Trash, “A” week single-stream recycling, bulk and brush will be collected on Friday

The next Roanoke City Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 2 PM and 7 PM in the City Council Chamber and livestreamed on the City's Facebook page.
