REMEMBER, a Safe Halloween is a Happy Halloween. Please use caution as you travel this evening, Drive SLOW, keep a watchful eye for children Trick or Treating, and be prepared for unexpected stops. Trick or Treaters, please us caution as you trick or treat this evening. Please travel in groups, please cross at crosswalks, please wear reflective clothing and carry flashlights, and most of all, STAY SAFE.
