Hollins Reserve High Point Champion; Mallory Francis High Point Rider at Lynchburg IHSA

Hollins University Athletics issued the following announcement on Feb.28

The Hollins Riding Program finished as Reserve High Point Team Champions at the Lynchburg IHSA Show on Sunday. HU is now ranked second in the region.

Mallory Francis led Hollins as she was the High Point Rider after winning both Limit Fences and Limit Flat.

Emma Branche was second to Francis in Limit Fences, while Marissa Jones was behind Francis in the Limit Flat, taking fourth place.

In addition, Elyssa Parker took first place in Novice.

Courtney Wilson finished in fourth place and fifth place in Open Fences and Open Flat, respectively.

Natalie Dresdow placed fifth in Intermediate Flat and sixth in Intermediate Fences.

Up Next: Hollins is off until March 26 when it hosts IHSA Regionals.
