Ferrum College Athletics issued the following announcement on Nov. 17
Ferrum College dropped an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) game to Washington and Lee University, falling 79-61 tonight at Richard L. Duchossois Athletic and Recreation Center.

THE BASICS
Washington and Lee led by seven points after the first quarter, 17-10, then expanded the lead to 28-18 at halftime.
In the third quarter, the two teams played evenly, with each scoring 25 points. Kayla Cabiness had five points with a three-pointer and two free throws, and DeMeisha Canada had five points on a pair of buckets and a free throw. Aisha Martin added four points with a three-pointer and a free throw, and Cameron Hawkins scored dropped four free throws.
The Generals outscored Ferrum 26-18 in the fourth quarter for the final score of 79-61.
