Intelligence alone is not enough: The need for EQ and DQ in a Post-Pandemic Business World on November 9

31

Botetourt County Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.

11/9/21 INTELLIGENCE ALONE IS NOT ENOUGH: THE NEED FOR EQ AND DQ IN A POST-PANDEMIC BUSINESS WORLD

Intelligence Alone is Not Enough: The need for EQ and DQ in a Post-Pandemic Business World.

A panel discussion of proven forward thinking business leaders who recognize the importance of Emotional Quotient and Digital Quotient in business today, especially in the shadow of a Pandemic that forced personal and professional lives to collide in an unprecedented manner, all through a host of relatively new and growing technologies. The panelists will focus on how to lead with EQ and to help build company-wide DQ through professional development. While IQ will always be needed, this webinar will suggest that business leaders in the post-Pandemic world will need to build teams that are balanced in the new Tripartite Quotient Model of IQ, EQ, and DQ. In person or virtually.
