Town of Buchanan recently issued the following announcement.
Halloween
Please use caution as you travel this evening, keep a watchful eye for children Trick or Treating. Trick or Treaters, please us caution as you travel this evening, cross at crosswalks, wear reflective clothing and travel in groups.
Be sure to check Facebook and the Fincastle Herald for Halloween activities being sponsored by local churches and civic groups during this weekend.
