On Tuesday, April 1, former Salem High School standout Caleb Furmage’s current college team, the Marshall Thundering Herd, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Eastern Kentucky Colonels.

The game took place at Kennedy Center Field. This was their second matchup against the Colonels this season.

The Thundering Herd’s next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 6 p.m. at Kennedy Center Field against Southern Miss Golden Eagles.
