On Saturday, March 29, former William Byrd High School standout Bri Hodges’ current college team, the Lynchburg Hornets, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Eastern Mennonite Royals.
The game took place at Aubrey R. Moon Jr. Field. This was their second matchup against the Royals this season.
The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 30 at 1:30 p.m. at Jim Barnett Park against Shenandoah Hornets.
