On Saturday, March 29, former Lord Botetourt High School standout Nate Prince’s current college team, the Roanoke Maroons, lost 11-1 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Lynchburg Hornets.
The game took place at Salem Memorial Ballpark. This was their second matchup against the Hornets this season.
The Maroons’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 4 p.m. at Ted Leonard Park against Greensboro Pride.
