On Saturday, May 17, former Lord Botetourt High School standout Meredith Wells’ current collegiate team the Elon Phoenix lost 0-12 against the Virginia Cavaliers in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.
The game took place at Carolina Softball Stadium at 4:15 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Virginia Cavaliers in the tournament.
The Elon Phoenix’s next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 4:15 p.m. at Carolina Softball Stadium.
