On Sunday, April 6, former Lord Botetourt High School standout Rhyann Jones’ current college team, the UNC Greensboro Spartans, won 3-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Furman Paladins.
The game took place at Pepsi Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Paladins this season.
The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 4 p.m. at Radford Softball Stadium against Radford Highlanders.
