On Saturday, April 5, former Lord Botetourt High School standout Meredith Wells’ current college team, the Elon Phoenix, won 6-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the College of Charleston Cougars.
The game took place at Hunt Softball Park. This was their second matchup against the Cougars this season.
The Phoenix’s next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 1 p.m. at Hunt Softball Park against College of Charleston Cougars.
