David Suetterlein, a Virginia State Senator representing the 19th District, recently shared updates about local events in Roanoke through his Twitter account.
On August 14, 2025, Suetterlein highlighted the return of Roanoke football by sharing: “Coach Gruden getting in on the celebration of the @RoanokeFB’s return!”
Later that day, he commented on an educational event: “Amazing enthusiasm at Roanoke City Schools Convocation for the new school year this morning! Thank you to everyone who is pouring energy into making this a great year for students!”
On August 16, 2025, Suetterlein reported from a community sporting event: “Fun Friday evening at the ball park cheering on local heroes. Appropriately the score finished, 10-4. Congratulations to the Hoses on getting the win!”
